After Placing Your Order

Our rates may vary based on product type, size, volume, and other factors. All applicable shipping and handling charges are clearly mentioned during the checkout process, providing full transparency before you finalize your payment.

Dispatch and Delivery

All our products are dispatched from our base in Mumbai after undergoing a final quality check. We collaborate with trusted partners to facilitate quick and secure shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Most orders placed before 3 PM are shipped the same day. For custom-made orders, delivery times may vary and will be communicated to you accordingly. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances, and the estimated date of delivery will be updated as soon as your product is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Issues with Received Orders

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately:

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please email us at [Insert Contact Email] within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched within one week. Each item can only be exchanged once. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the wrong item and your order ID. Allow us 48 hours to review your request. Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect item.
